Building Strength and Endurance

From 6 weeks post partum and following completion of stage 1.

This stage is broken down into 3 phases, each including an upper, lower, core and full body work out. Each phase progressively increases the challenge to your core and pelvic floor. You can repeat the videos in each stage as many times as you want, until you feel physically ready and symptom free for more challenge.

Follow each phase progressively, repeating each video as many times as needed. We recommend completing each video at least 1-3 times as a guide.
